We stayed at Three Ten for 55 days Mid-December’23 through early February ‘24 and loved it! The location was perfect, within 1-2 blocks of shopping and a few coffee shops; another block to all of the Bay St. Louis shops and more restaurants. We took our morning walks through the neighborhood every day (very safe); and fed the ducks in a nearby park.
The house was clean and perfect for us, and included a car port and fast wireless (400 Mbps) Internet. It had everything we needed and we would definitely book this house again. I enjoyed sitting on the porch with my morning coffee, watching the rain!
The owner responded VERY fast whenever we reached out and lives next door.

Awesome neighborhood, very friendly neighbors, excellent communication from the host and very clean. The accommodations were as listed. Easy walking to downtown. Staying again next weekend!

The home was very clean, well supplied with towels, personal size shampoos and soaps. Near everything we wanted to do by the Marina and little shops/boutiques. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for family! Enjoyed having two full baths and 3 bedrooms. Two relaxing areas inside and nice patio w/ bbq & table and front porch with relaxing rockers. Perfect for morning coffee!! Glad to have washer & dryer. Owner next door and very fast to respond to any and all questions. Big rainstorm while we were there and it was perfect to have the carport

We met friends from Omaha, NE in BSL, 6 of us stayed at August’s GREAT PLACE! We parked the car and walked downtown most of the weekend!!! August was EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING! The house is SO CLEAN! The outside patio was our gathering place daily. We had a FABULOUS TIME! WE WILL BE BACK!

We loved our week for spring break here. Great neighborhood for walking, clean, roomy home, and easy check-in. The TVs in every room gave everyone their own space to relax. August is an exceptional host and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to get to visit again!

This is a terrific location within a short walk to restaurants and shops. The landlord has done so much to accommodate guests and to make their stay enjoyable. We were in Bay St.Louis for a sailing regatta. Close and comfortable stay with great internet and lots of plugs for electronics.

Stumbled onto this listing when our normal house was booked. It's in a fantastic location and I don't think we have ever stayed in a place so clean. Everything we needed was provided and the owner is so nice! We will definitely be staying here again.

Such a cute house and the cleanest vrbo we've stayed at. August went above and boyond to make us feel welcome and was very accommodating to our needs. There were 4 in our group, plenty of room for all and would be for 6. Everything listed was provided and beds were very comfortable, you can tell he takes much pride in this home. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely, close to shops and restaurants. We would love to stay here again on our next bay getaway. For the price and location, it perfectly suited our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay at August's VRBO. August was very accommodating and showed us true southern hospitality. Two of us worked remotely during our stay and the internet was outstanding. There is plenty of space, including thee bedrooms and two baths, a very large family room and a front livingroom for quiet reflection. We loved the master suite, which includes a jacuzzi tub.
The property is in a prime location, allowing guests to walk to all that Old Town BSL offers. BSL is a very beautiful community and the people are pleasant and friendly.

Everything about this experience was wonderful! The location was perfect distance to just about everything we wanted to do. The house had everything we needed and more. The added bonus was August, who made us feel like family! We will definitely be back!
