The location of this house was perfect! We were 10 minutes or less from everything. The house was clean and the kitchen was equipped! Loved the ice maker. It was perfect for my 2 little dogs and there was a nice dog park nearby. The fenced in yard all around the house was perfect too! Would totally stay there again.

My wife and I were attending my nieces wedding in Santa Fe. This house had excellent location with easy access to the plaza and restaurants. The backyard was perfect for our dogs. Highly recommend.

My husband & I met friends from Australia in Santa Fe, and we all enjoyed our 8-day stay in this cute 2 bedroom 2 bath. This was a great jumping off point for lots of day trips around Santa Fe—Bandelier, Pecos, Taos—as well as a few days taking in the sites in Santa Fe. The house was just the right size to meet our needs. The 2 bedrooms/bathrooms were far enough away from each other to offer privacy, while the kitchen was big enough for us to make lunches to go, mostly low-key breakfasts, and two pasta dinners. We enjoyed the small patio for outside dining, and the living room with a comfy couch & two chairs for planning trips & catching up. The house is located adjacent to a main traffic artery (St. Francis Dr.), so there is considerable traffic-related noise when outside or doors are open. I am used to a quiet country life so the noises of the city were new to me. We increased the fan on the AC in the bedrooms, and that helped muffle the noise for a better sleeping environment. Regarding the proximity to downtown, it is certainly walkable (about 15 min to plaza, and you can access a tree-lined river path about 1/2 block away) but we chose to drive the 2 or 3 blocks & park since we were doing so much walking around town. All in all, this was a sweet little spot and a very good value for the price.

We visit Santa Fe often and this was our favorite house. The renovations were expertly done (windows, doors, kitchen, walls, etc.). The furnishings and decorations are lovely. The beds are super comfy. The kitchen was great. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived. Communications with the responsive host were pleasant and helpful.

A really nice house. Very close to many of the must see places, shopping, and wonderful places to eat. The only thing we didn’t like was the noisy street. However, that same street got us to all of our destinations really quick. Communication with property management was great, always available when we had questions. Thanks again for a great time.

This property was very cute and clean. The neighborhood is a little busy and a bit far from the plaza (too hot to walk in the summer). We had a great time though. Everything was well appointed (extra blankets, utensils, toiletries, pet-friendly, detergent, etc). The host was super easy to contact and replied to any questions I had quickly. It was a perfect spot for our quick, last-minute get away.

This was an amazing house! It's close to everything (especially downtown) and has everything you need for a great stay! I would definitely stay here again if, and when I visit Santa Fe in the future! If you’re going to Santa Fe.... Book it!

Owner was very easy to communicate with. The reason I did not give it a five star rating was because it would have been nice to have a cute outside area where we could sit and drink our coffee in the morning. Outside of that every thing was very comfortable. Loved the portable ice maker!

We only had 1 night because of plumbing problems, but our short stay was most enjoyable. Yvonne was very quick to deal with the issue and get things sorted.

We had an amazing Girls Weekend in Santa Fe in Casa Adobe. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The special touches in the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, dining/desk, laundry and bedrooms were perfect! We were close to everything and we couldn't ask for a more perfect weekend!

Spent three nights at this location, traveling with another couple and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. Impressed with cleanliness of everything. Very comfortable for four adults. Spoke with owner a couple of times and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone traveling and staying in Santa Fe.

The house was great. It was very clean, had a lot of little extras to make the stay awesome. Location is close to downtown. Highly recommend it. If we return to Santa Fe again I would definitely try to book again.

We were super happy with the house. 15 minute walk along a stream to downtown Santa Fe, 4 minute walk to good coffee in the morning. Yvonne was great at communication and the house was set up with everything we needed. We'll definitely be back

My family and I stayed at this property to attend and support a member of our family’s gala. The property was less than 5-10 minute drive to every destination and extremely clean and welcoming.
