Location is perfect!! Everyone we spoke to including check-in, owners, Beach Vacations and the Anderson Ocean Club were helpful and wonderful. Our questions and concerns were addressed right away. I would give the cleanliness a "B". All the "important" areas were clean, but I had to wipe down the fridge and freezer and the main bedroom's shower curtain needs to be replaced. We could still feel sand on the floor in places, but we understand sand is hard to completely get rid of. Some areas within the condo need a fresh coat of paint and some updating needs done, but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again. Absolutely loved the balcony and view!! If you have never stayed at the Anderson Ocean Club, the ice is on the 8th and 16th floors with vending machines on every 4th floor. There is valet trash during the week; just call the front desk and they will grab it from outside your door. Overall, we would stay here again.

Spacious condo convenient to shopping and activities in Myrtle Beach. Great amenities on-site but crowded.

The only true complaint we have about our stay was the fact our unit had not been properly cleaned. There was sand in a couple of the beds so the sheets had not been washed, the tub in the master bath had not been scrubbed and the floor throughout was filthy. They need a new cleaning service. Everyone we spoke with (including at the resort) was very friendly and helpful, though.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay. The unit needs a major update and cleaning. The pictures are deceiving because it looks clean. The furniture is old and absolutely filthy. We put sheets over the chairs so our kids wouldn't have to sit on them. We had to remove all the comforters and buy our own blankets. They looked like they have never been cleaned and were covered in stains. Everything in the kitchen was filthy, we didn’t even use it. Unfortunately it was Spring Break and there was no place else available to stay. We bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the unit ourselves. The rental company was very apologetic and did compensate us for our troubles. Although I would’ve rather had just stayed someplace else because it ruined our vacation. Also check in says 4 but the after hours number told me it could be between 4-9. We patiently waited after a 15 hour drive in our car 4 more hours for our room. No one even started cleaning it till 10pm. We didn’t get into our room until 11PM and it was clearly not cleaned well. I understand this was a busy week but this was unacceptable. The rental company assured me they are working on getting a new cleaning company and they will improve it for future renters.

The unit was in a good location with a very nice view from the balcony however there are many things lacking in this unit. You will need to bring your own pots and pans because those provided are gross, the upholstery on the living room chairs is filthy, the comforters on the bed need washed….. we took all of them off the beds (except sheets) and used our own blankets. Shower curtains have mold on them. We had a list of issues and the host was responsive when we called…. Several of the things were rectified quickly so that was a plus and that was why we stayed. This would be a good place if you don’t have enough money to pay for something nicer. “You get what you paid for” is very reflective in this unit. Would be good for a bunch of “spring breakers” but not for a family.

Housekeeping did not clean the room. We were unable to stay at property due to the disarray but we were compensated and further accommodated. The check in office employees were great and were very understanding.

Property was spacious and beautiful. Great beach front condo. Would love to stay in the same condo in the future.

This condo was just perfect. Location is walkable to many restaurants plus coffee, ice cream, mini golf and souvenirs. Each bedroom has their own bathroom which is great. Staff at the Anderson couldn't be more helpful. Also keep it extremely clean. Only downside was check in process. Need to drive 20 mins away just to receive the door code which honestly could be texted or messaged. Seemed like a waste of time and gas. But I would definitely rent again.

The room was great, perfect for what we wanted. The only issue we had was checking in. I didn’t realize you have to check in at another office that is about 15 minutes from the hotel. We got to the office to check in at 4:50, they close at 5 and the doors were already locked. Luckily the staff walked out to go home and I got my info for our room. We got back to the hotel about 5:20 and they were still cleaning our room that was supposed to be ready at 4. Again the room was great, large balcony, perfect location.
