Schöne Ferienwohnung in Top Lage direkt im Hafen. Gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.Stock. Aufgeteilt auf 2 Etagen, sehr großzügig. Aufzug vorhanden. Balkon mit Ausblick auf die einfahrenden Boote. Super beim Frühstück. Super Bad mit großer Dusche, Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Balkon-Rattan Lounge Möbel sollte man erneuern, sind abgerockt. Sonst gibt es nicht viel zu meckern. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten klare Empfehlung.

Thema Parkplatz muss besser im Vorfeld kommuniziert werden! Einen Parkplatz hinter dem Gebäude zu finden ist reine Glückssache. Hinterm Haus alles sehr sehr eng, muss man sehr gut fahren können & man hat keinen Anspruch auf einen Parkplatz. Es wäre sinnvoll, wenn Mieter der Wohnung auch eine Einfahrtsberechtigung ( Schranke zur Hafenstraße) bekommen würden, sonst muss man sich auf die Öffnungszeiten (nur wenige Stunden am Tag) richten. Ansonsten kommt man mit dem Auto nicht an das Haus. Das ist ein Problem. Öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe sind oft überfüllt im Sommer & sehr sehr teuer (25-50€/Tag) Durch Zufall haben wir im Internet erfahren das es über die offizielle Parkplatzverwaltung in Bonifacio eine "Mehr-Tageskarte" kaufen kann die auf 3 Parkplätzen im Ort das Parken möglicht macht. (10 Tage 100€ auch nicht billig aber immer noch besser!) Das sollte man dem Mieter vorab mitteilen, denn das Büro findet man auch nicht einfach so (sehr versteckt) & es wird nicht damit geworben, weil die öffentlichen Parkplätze auch so gut gefüllt sind mit den Standart-Preisen!

So many great things to say. Great location in the port, everything walkable, especially if you like boats! Beds comfy, great air con upstairs and down, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, good shower, coffee machine, big fridge freezer, plenty of different glasses and crockery, lovely little balcony for breakfast or lunch which loses the sun in the late afternoon but that's not all bad when hot and you can watch the boats come and go with a drink as the sun goes down. So much good but a few things that slightly let it down.

All getting a bit tired. Mostly small stuff and easily put right but it feels a bit unloved. Some cutlery going a bit rusty, paint flaking, balcony furniture quite old, wine openers feel light weight and about to break each time you use them. None of these were terrible but just need a bit of a spruce up. The main down side was the VERY noisy nightclub on the other side of the port which the owner can't do anything about but you should be warned. This blares out music really loud from 11pm to 1am every single night and until 2am on Friday and Saturday. Google it and you can see that many residents/holiday makers aren't happy. Why they insist on it as when you walk by its not particulalry well attended either. Great fun occasionally and would expect it some nights but you need to know it is every single night. And VERY loud that you can feel as well as hear. I guess this is reflected in the price. Such a shame is without this we would have scored much higher.
