For our purposes the location was ideal and the cottage was just what we needed.

It is a delightful little cottage that had plenty of space for the 3 of us.
It was easy to find thanks to the hosts directions and Google maps.
It is in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach and the town.
The host was very helpful and friendly.
Would definitely stay again.
I think that it could do with a proper set of crockery and cutlery as well as glasses (not wine glasses, there were plenty of those).
A welcome letter/pack letting guests know about how to work the heating, fire, shower etc as well as what should we do with our rubbish at the end of our stay - we felt guilty leaving it tied up in a bag in the kitchen but we didn't want to leave it outside in case seagull's went in to the bag.
The only other thing I would say is that this is a cottage that potentially sleeps 5 but there are only 4 chairs, 4 mugs, 4 big plates etc.

the cleanliness leaves much to be desired!!! gate broken, and lacking crockery and cutlery.

Beautiful house and very well equipped,host was very friendly and helpful,pity we had to leave early due to our puppy not being able to settle all night,
