Very conveniently located to visit Jalianwalah Bagh, Golden Temple and partisan museum at a walkable distance. Staff are very friendly especially Mr Arijit who was very helpful
The approach was cumbersome because the road was being relaid presently

Not applicable. I only had arest for about 3-4 hours and was still charged the full amount for the whole day.
A reduced rate based on the 3hrs rest in my room.

The hospitality, the kindness and the services of manager Avijit made our stay at the hotel a very good experience. His assistent was also a very friendly lady
The hotel itself could need some maintenance however it was clean.

The owner was very helpful with maps and advise
Kind and friendly
His staff were also pleasant
The air con was very very loud
And very hard to sleep with it on
With the hot weather i needed it on unfortunately
So that was challenging
Also the garden was just plastic grass
Still ok but not what I thought
