I was Enjoyable!! Very convenient to downtown and the shops and restaurants!! Very clean and had everything you needed!!

Prefect location to explore TC. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. The host promptly responded to text which was appreciated and made our experience that much more pleasant. If you’re sensitive to smells (florals/candles)I’d be leery on staying here. If my husband would have been with us we would have had to find a different place to stay but if your not, it’s prefect for you!!!!

Great condo with tons of personal touches! Everything that you could think of is included. The layout was perfect for two couples since each bedroom has its own bathroom. The condo is very easy to get to and from, making it a great location to explore TC and beyond.

Dereck was an amazing host! We were located in the perfect spot close enough to the bay but far enough so we didn’t have to hear any of the chaos. 10/10 would come here again!

This place was seriously immaculate! Extremely clean, and was perfect for our girls weekend! The owners added so many hospitable little touches. We couldn’t not get over what a cute condo this was! I highly recommend and we will definitely rent again!

A friend and I stayed here 3 nights to visit TC. The property was one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at. The condo is very clean, smells wonderful, well stocked, and lots of little extras we loved like blankets for sitting on the couch, q-tips & cotton balls in the bathrooms, charging cables on the nightstands, and we appreciated the microwave popcorn and k-cups. The bedding was so comfortable I asked them where it buy it. The hosts were very responsive and had lots of recommendations. Short easy drive to downtown TC with easy parking at the property & in TC. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay! Came from ann arbor for a weekend away with my partner and family. Had fantastic communication with Dereck as well as top suggestions for restaurants ahead of time. The location was incrediblu convenient for everything and we would definitely look to stay here again!

The pictures and description were extremely accurate. The place was well stocked with everything you could need and more. Communication with the owners was easy. Location was perfect- close enough to downtown but away from the traffic/congestion. Definitely would recommend.

We were in town for the United Methodist Conference. My two adult daughters also came! The place was beautiful, very well decorated. Beds were comfortable and they had so many extra special touches. The owner also updated us on Far et’s market & things to do! Great place, great owner & communicator!

We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in TC. It is just 100 yards from the TART bicycle trail so you can pedal everywhere and avoid traffic. You can also walk two blocks to Potter"s Bakery. The apartment is great for 2 couples. It clean and well furnished. Dereck is a great host.

The condo is very clean, well maintained and new looking. Perfect for 4 adults. Nicely decorated, with good kitchen and little “extras” throughout Good location — not in he middle of total business and traffic, but quick drive to everything. The owner was prompt with info, and answering texts.

This property was decked out with everything you’d need and then some! So much thought went into putting this place together. The games (the ring game especially) were our favorite addition. Dereck was great with communication and gave us some great local recommendations to keep us busy. Planning to come back again!

Great hosts and great location. My daughter and I couldn't have been happier with this location and the property; it was exactly as advertised. The hosts were wonderful and thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Super comfy and clean. We will be back. Close to everything in Traverse City and the peninsulas. The hosts had excellent recommendations for restaurants and wineries too.

Had a great experience at your condo - looks just like the pictures posted and is very clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked with cups, etc. Would stay again.

We loved our stay, the place and how close everything was. Our condo was very clean and had what we needed. Only issue was the Ubers at night; there are like 4 total and downtown is a couple miles away.

SO CLEAN! We loved it. We stayed in a lot of places in TC and this one is our favorite so far. Linens/towels are top of the line. Lots of little perks like extra chargers, soap and shampoo in shower, cotton balls and q-tips. Even a lotion and spray from Bath and Body works. Popcorn for microwave and everything provided for cooking and eating in condo. It’s right on the tart trail and I walked to town on it which was a couple miles. I cannot emphasize enough how clean everything was! We will be staying again!!
