The place is modern and confortable. Spacious, and well appointed, thoufmgh there are opportunities for obvious improvement for meeting the clients needs. Somewhat disjointed amenities .

This newly renovated home is lovely. Everything new and nicely done. Weather was a bit cool for the pool—however sitting on the patio and dipping my feet in was very relaxing. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Easy drive to the town center. Park, restaurants, retail shops ,Morse Museum and boat tour all made our brief two day visit great. Love a winter Park.

This newly renovated home is lovely. Everything new and nicely done. Weather was a bit cool for the pool—however sitting on the patio and dipping my feet in was very relaxing. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Easy drive to the town center. Park, restaurants, retail shops ,Morse Museum and boat tour all made our brief two day visit great. Love a winter Park.

This home met all of our expectations. The Winter Park location was great for walking to Baldwin Park restaurants and shops, and was a quick Uber/Lyft to Winter Park. Quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood. Sheets/linens and towels were high quality with comfortable beds. Furniture was sparse, kitchen details were adequate. Everything was so clean and organized; great bathrooms. We loved the simple outdoor space. Too cold to use the pool. We would be thrilled to come back again!!

We needed a spot to stay while visiting family over the holidays. The house was in a great location with modern finishes and a perfect layout for a family with kids. The pool was beautiful, but the weather was too cold for us to use it. The coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were a nice addition. The lake is easily accessible for mornings jogs. Overall, seems to be a nice, newer rental. Would definitely recommend to others.
