Unbelievable facilities, great little touches in the communal area, safe luggage storage, close to a metro although a little far out from central Osaka but Japan’s metro system is perfect.

Common areas were clean and respectful. In a good location. The pajamas and services were nice.
There is something wrong with the womans shared room, it smells insanely bad but only inside that area. The shared areas were clean and fine. But inside the room where we would sleep is like a suffocating stench, that has to do with something in the room. It wasn’t from a guest, I think it must be a dirty carpet etc.

The shower heads were wonderful. I noticed a change in my hair (without product) and skin (without lotion)!
The hair dryers were also quite nice.
The sleeping clothes were appropriate for the theme of the hotel.
The staff who checked me in was very kind when I was having trouble with my credit card.
The pod was totally dark and the pod room was surprisingly soundproof. No sounds got through.
It is less than 2 minutes walk from Awaji station. I was surprised to see that after getting off the train. It was easy to get to my main destinations.
I have been to numerous pod/capsul hotels but this is the first where there were issues with guests slamming things, leaving alarms ringingand making accessive noise during average sleep hours. Guests had to knock on other guests pods to ask them about their alarms...
There are about 4-5 shower rooms but 20+ bunks. I often had to wait to shower.
There is minimal room to adjust your luggage. And the baggage storage area comfortably fits about 8 suitcases, if arranged "bookshelf style." Although there are lockers on another floor, if I remember correctly.

"everybody was super nice and available; the location is amazing: you have two convenience stores super close to the hotel and also the tube station"
