Great location, clean house, right on the beach! So many things to walk to, check in process was very easy and the Beachview team was prompt in responding within an hour or so! Everything was great! Thank you for the stay, we look forward to coming back!

Spent a long weekend here and highly recommend! The house was even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. Location could not be more perfect! Right off the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping! The management team is on top of it and quick to help with any questions.

Beautiful place… close to beach.. fireplace does not work they should state that it's just for looks and that's it… It was very clean and beautiful. The beds were amazing! And tons of fans were supplied. And for locking the door no need for code just push the lock button that's it. I loved loved the place and would return in a heartbeat. Beachview Realty was a pleasure to work with. Beach house oh how I will miss you!

We go every year and have tried multiple different types of properties over the years and this home and the service provided by Beach View Realty was by far the best. Beachview maintains a great, clean, and accurately advertised property. We will definitely be booking with them for next year's stay! Great job!

This place was everything it said it would be. We had a great stay and really loved the location of this rental.

The newly renovated house was perfect for our family. The unit has a washer and dryer in it which was nice. Close to everything and of course the beach is always perfect. Any communication was answered quickly by the Beachview staff.

We were very happy to find this place last minute. Looks just like the photos, clean, and close to everything we wanted. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Newport.
