Location is good, right in the centre. Spacious apartment, adapted from a commercial site, new shower cabin, good speed WiFi, parking spot near, ground floor.
The mould in the bathroom and the old furniture smell really bad. We stayed for four days with windows wide open non-stop and couldn't get rid of the stench. Plus at night, the sewer smell came is as well. Awful. Two fans were provided but there were 25 *C at 01:00 at night, so that didn't help much.
I chose this location based on the reviews but I gotta say people haven't seen much if they rate this an 8.7. God help us!
