Great views and location!

Bathroom downstairs needs some work

Location was great

Condo was dirty. Floors dirty and very aged condo. Updates needed. The beds were hard as a rock, like a frozen memory foam, as well as pillows. Looked like black mold growing in the downstairs bathroom shower.

The location is perfect for getting around both in town & for the lifts. We had plenty of room for 7 guests.

The property seemed older & a little run down. The elevator was extremely sketchy at the condo we were at. In the main building it seemed nicer & more kept up. Our condo was not clean when we arrived. The floor had dirt with spill stains, food, & evidence of the previous renters. We found dirty socks from previous guests at the edge of our bed. The carpet was dark in color & you could see the accumulation of dust build up on the stairs as well. The whole condo needed a deep cleaning & dusting. They had issues with the guest laundry washer & dryer on the first floor. We could not use those during our stay. Several items that are usually in a rental were missing. For example, humidifiers, extra towels, enough silverware for 7 guests, coffee pot/machine, & extra linens. The ice maker in the freezer did not work. We had 7 people staying in the condo & we did not have enough towels for everyone. The owners were nice & sent a bottle of wine for the inconvenience of our beds not being made when we arrived. That was not a big deal to us, but I wish the unit had been cleaner. It just felt like being in a dirty house. We could not utilize the use of a couple of closets due to cleaning supplies, dirty linens, & previously broken items being stored there. There were many great qualities, but these were some of the bigger issues I felt could’ve made our stay better.
