We loved our stay at this property and will definitely rent again. It’s perfect for a group of adults or family and if you have young kids they have a really cute play area under the stairs. The mattresses are all new and very comfortable. The place was very clean and charming. They even had a Christmas tree set up and tasteful decorations throughout the house. Loved the fireplace. There’s a chicken coup out back and our whole family enjoyed looking for eggs and watching the chickens. Kitchen is updated with nice appliances and dishes. It’s convenient to town and Luther College. The game room would have been a lot of fun if we’d had more time to use it. My only suggestion would be to have more silverware and some sheet pans for people who plan to cook most meals. Otherwise we felt there were many thoughtful touches. Hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend this property.

2nd time staying here. Clean, updated, well decorated property. Comfortable beds, cozy furniture. Great outdoor patio area. And perfect location to enjoy the many activities that the beautiful Decorah area has to offer! We will be back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked with basic necessities. Amy and Jackson were promptly attentive to our needs and questions before and during our stay. We loved the property privacy of the back yard and collecting eggs from the chickens. 😊 We are planning on coming back in the near future to stay here again! Loved the Decorah area!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! This home is clean, spacious and well decorated. The location is ideal just a short drive to downtown Decorah. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. The back yard is large & there is a nice big outdoor dining table as well as a chicken coup! We will absolutely look to stay here again. Nice for families too as we had a toddler with us and they had a toy closet, too.

We stayed during CAL. Three generations of family were very comfortable in this clean, well organized, nicely decorated home. Would definitely stay again.

The house and property were very nice. Great living room and kitchen. A few things were not quite polished, like the headboards were not attached to beds and were noisy. Asked a few questions before arrival that I did not get answered so we ended up bringing a pack and play and a baby gate that we’re not needed. On the plus side, the house does have baby gates, a pack and play and a highchair. They are working on a game room and workout area that will be very nice to have. All in all great place and will keep it in mind for future stays.

We have stayed at Jackson and Amy's other Decorah listing, and though this one has a different theme/feel, we loved it just as much! They tended to every detail. I'm sure we'll be back!

Great space and comfortable furnishings. Very clean. Well-appointed kitchen. Beautiful location. Very restful surroundings. Hosts were very helpful when we had questions. Wish we could have stayed longer!
