The property location was great, it was well maintained. Would probably stay there again.
The water heater looks like its about to give up, water and rust stains down the side and water leaking out. The tap in the ensuite handbasin is very hard to move. The dip in the floor in the doorway into the rumpus & bedrooms is quite dangerous. Everyone of us tripped nearly every time we walked through that door.

The property was very spacious and clean. A great location to walk easily around the town. Would thoroughly recommend for a large group.

Excellent location within walking distance of the main street, cafes & restaurants.
Spacious layout with plenty of bedrooms, TVs & bathrooms for a large group.
The firepit was great to sit around at night (we supplied our own wood)
Property mgt team were very friendly, responsive and proactive in resolving concerns. When central heating failed, we had new heaters provided within 2hrs :)
Kitchen could be better equipped & a guest info guide would be helpful.
While we experienced a couple of maintenance issues during our stay, these were addressed promptly by the management team who were genuinely appreciative of the feedback and committed to resolving them.
Overall we’d recommend this property for families or large groups visiting Orange.

The property is great, very spacious which allows everyone to have their own space. Very comfortable, great location. Very thoughtfully stocked with staples. We loved it.
Air con filter needs a clean.
