We had such a wonderful family stay! A very special thank you to the lovely receptionist who helped us organize an amazing balloon surprise in our room for our daughter’s 6th birthday. Everything was perfectly timed while we were having breakfast, and when we returned to the room, our daughter was absolutely over the moon! Seeing her reaction was one of the highlights of our entire vacation. Throughout our stay, the team consistently went above and beyond. The rooms were always spotless, and the attention to the little details really made a difference. We were especially touched by the kindness of the breakfast staff. Even when our almost-two-year-old was having a difficult moment (hello, terrible twos!), the lovely ladies took the time to play with him, brought him adorable panda stickers, and did their best to cheer him up. Such genuine warmth and patience! It’s these thoughtful, personal touches that make a hotel truly special. Thank you to the entire team for making our family feel so welcome and cared for!

Nothing significant to mention. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This is hands down the best location you can possibly get. Literally on the Coco Tams (right by hotel’s pool). The market is the next street (30 seconds walk). Very good breakfast, nice big pool and very clean and large rooms and facilities. I was really impressed.

Really not a big deal, but maybe they should change the floor outside the pool, really slippery (for kids specially). As well - not a big deal, low water pressure in the shower.

Nice location close to the beach and fishermans village. Large room, clean room. Friendly staff. Good options for breakfast.

No smoking on balcony. To much kids. Obviously a family hotel, even though the hotel had a nice children area on the other side, the main pool was occupied by to many kids everywhere. We did not enjoy the stay at the pool and ended up staying on the beach area. The hotel offers order at the table if you are at the pool area, but no such easy order when staying at the hotels beach area. If you do not come here with kids, i do not recommend this hotel.
