BALPETEK HOTEL

The hotel's location is excellent, just minutes from the main mosques and the Grand Bazaar. The room was a decent size for 3 people, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast, although simple, was good. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

The transfer that took us from the airport couldn't drop us off at the hotel because cars aren't allowed to circulate during the day. The hotel should have displayed this information more prominently, because we didn't expect to have to walk 10 minutes with our luggage to the hotel, on cobblestone streets in the rain. The room cleaning could have been much better; the floor had a lot of lint and hair, and the sheets had some hair on them. The fact that we had a blanket to cover ourselves with instead of a sheet/duvet was strange.

Location convenient to attractions, restaurants, shopping and public transport. Friendly staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast was included in rate. Excellent value.

Room small enough that it might be difficult for two people to organize and access their things. One day, there were temporary issues with the hot water.

Location was pretty good. Staff was nice too.

Personal was kind, close to the tram station

room is not very comfy, there is not really space to put staff, no hangers for towels, etc Not very good for more tan 2 people or 2 nights i wouldnt recommend also the street where is located is not very nice as well
