We stayed with five adults and a baby, and the apartment worked well for all of us. The family area gave us a place to relax together, and the thick walls kept noise from travelling between rooms. Everyone enjoyed the amenities. Staying in the abbey was a highlight: we loved exploring the grounds, seeing the building, and learning about its history. Fort Augustus was a lovely setting for our stay.
Swimming facilities were not used, time slots were booked. Pretty sure were told prior, but we had difficultly figuring out the garage the morning of departure. No way to start range, had to purchase a lighter.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our trip and would definitely come back!

Location is superb
The bedrooms are crammed , no hot water running if there is a big group say 4-5 persons

Very interesting property, scenic, and comfortable living area. Friendly host and thoughtful gift basket. Good location for day trips in various directions.
A bit cold in December.
