The location is pretty good, wifi speed, and self-check-in was convenient
The state of the apartment and cleanness need to be improved and sheets/towels/dishes, etc. also could use some refreshments.
No booking confirmation from the host. It was kind of a last-minute trip, but we made the booking 2 days before our arrival, despite that I had to call the host myself to confirm that the booking was valid and we had a place to stay in the city. They didn’t even bother to check the system and confirm our booking via email message or in the app.
Guess that’s why it was not prepared or at least properly cleaned for the stay.
