Very clean and comfortable beach house for an off-season getaway. The sunny and warm weather in November was a bonus. Great view of the beach from the elevated deck. Convenient beach access. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We hope to stay here again!

What a cute quaint cottage on the water; very clean with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. This place provided a fantastic backdrop for a wedding proposal on the beach! It will be always be a special place for us ❤️

This was the perfect cozy cottage for us! Clean and I loved all of the charming furniture and decor. The sun deck was amazing with a beautiful ocean front view and only steps from the beach acess. Very easy to come in and out during the day from the beach. There was also a gate on the deck so our beagle could hang outside with us without being on a leash. Will definitely be back! 😊

This was a quick trip for us but will be one of our favorite beach trips. Being right on the beach was a game changer, and for the two of us and our dog this place was perfect. The hosts were incredibly helpful, and we hope to stay here again in the future.

We loved this property. The location was perfect, the beach was not crowded at all. The house was very clean and it looks to have been very recently renovated. The house is nicely decorated. The best part to me was the top deck that overlooks the ocean. We would take a long walk on the beach in the evening and then come back and sit on the deck. Definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The house is conveniently located on the island and was super convenient to beach access. This was our dog's first visit to the ocean and we were so thankful that it was so easy to get to and from the ocean with him. We look forward to return visits. Thank you!

Check in was a breeze and we even were able to get in a little early which we very much appreciated! The house was clean with the exception of the queen bed skirt. It was covered in black dog hair. The location was quiet and perfect for watching the beach on the deck. The wooden gate doesn't close without you lifting it up to latch. Not a big deal, but is a pain if you have hands full of groceries, beach gear, etc. One afternoon, we left our teenager while we ran to get a few extra groceries and she called pretty frightened when a strange man came onto the deck. I messaged the homeowner to see if they had sent someone. They had. REALLY would have liked a heads up someone was going to be coming. I had anxiety the rest of the afternoon and didn't feel comfortable leaving my teens there alone anymore. We really enjoyed ourselves and if we come back to Topsail would stay here again. The beach was clean and enjoyable. Thank you for providing our family with some great beach memories.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here so much! It was the first week long trip we had taken alone since our honeymoon 26 years ago. This house is well appointed for a comfortable stay, beach access is super close and the view from the upper deck is simply amazing! We saw dolphins almost every morning while enjoying our coffee from there. The property owners were quick to respond and left detailed instructions about the check in/out process. We would definitely book this house again!

This place was so cute! I love that the upper deck had a gate to lock so that our escape artist dog could come out there with us1 We loved the sun deck. It saved us from having to lug everything down to the beach because we had a wonderful view from there, and had the convenience of being at the house. We will definitely be back. Stacy, the property manager, was so helpful and sweet to work with!

Loved this property! It’s so welcoming and has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation! Loved the views from the upper deck and it’s very close to the beach access. The hot/cold shower was great to rinse the sand off! We would definitely stay here again!

I rented this property in April for Spring Break. I had high hopes for the rental and I was not disappointed. It was the perfect oceanfront retreat for my family. I loved the new decking and being able to see the ocean from the porch. Access to the beach was also super convenient. The property was very clean and comfortable. Stacy the property manager was so great to work with. I have rented many beach homes and I will say I have never received the level of service that Stacy provided. I would stay here again without hesitation.

My family and I had a lovely time at this cottage, and we would definitely enjoy staying here again with our dog. The interior was cozy and perfect for relaxing in, and the kitchen was well supplied with dishes and utensils. The upper deck offered an amazing view of the beach, making it the highlight of our stay, and we were lucky enough to spot some dolphins from up there! Having a one-minute walk to the beach was also great. Even with some touch-and-go weather, we were able to take the dog out on the beach without hassle.

Excellent place for a few friends, both human and furry! Location was perfect with a 30 second walk to the public beach access two lots away. Three floor deck provides plenty of outdoor hang out space, with great views of the ocean from the top. Kitchen, bathroom, and all rooms are well stocked. Outdoor shower with hot water is great for cleaning off the dogs after the beach. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect spot for couples to chill! Brand-new deck offered amazing views of the ocean, and access to long beach walks very close. Cute decor and well appointed kitchen when you want to eat in. Being able to bring our pup with us was a plus!

Charming and Super Clean! We enjoyed our long fall weekend! The house was tastefully decorated and very clean. Tons of charm really a special place. Stacey was awesome and so generous with check in and check out since there was no one coming in or leaving on our days. We loved that we were able to bring out fur baby.
This is a place we would defintiely come back to without any hesitation.

Had a wonderful time in North Topsail. The house is awesome, right off the beach, steps away from the public access. Perfect ocean view. Easy to bike to Beach Bums bar. Host is very easy to work with and contact, had everything set up and ready to go for our stay! 100% hope to return again soon.

Everything was perfect!! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house and each time has exceeded expectations. I love the large deck and patio area so even if you’re tired of the beach you can still hear and see the waves. We will definitely be back next year!

We enjoyed a long weekend at this property and had an amazing time! Everything was exactly as advertised. The views are spectacular, the walk to the beach is relatively short and simple, and the amenities are very comfortable. I stayed with my wife, 2 kids (ages 2 and 3) and our two pups for three nights. The kids room was perfect with 2 low beds. The living room and dining area were comfortable for eating meals we prepared in the nicely stocked kitchen. We also made use of the weber charcoal grill, which had a charcoal chimney provided and a digital meat thermometer/tongs/grill brush as well. Water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. Overall, it was a great stay, and this charming cottage really delivered! Now my one and only warning; understand that the deck is a bit old, so make sure you and the little ones are wearing shoes at all times on the deck. We followed this rule and no one got splinters all week. I give this property and it’s manager Stephanie a 5/5 rating, and definitely recommend to anyone considering staying there.

This house is so nice. Really clean and convenient. The back porch camera was a bit uncomfortable especially given that we were in and out in bathing suits so often. Otherwise perfect.
