We had a great time. Location and house amenities were a great experience

The house was very clean and comfortable. They liked to play pool table. that was good entertainment for the teens. Close to the ocean and not crowded. it is a bit of a walk to the boardwalk where the stores are located, so you better drive to get there. but there is enough parking there. it was our first time staying in Atlantic City and we had a good time.

Well to start , I wrote several times to the host prior to stay with questions and was never responded to , the night before check in I started to worry that this house was a scam because I had zero correspondence with the host , I contacted VRBO and reported the issue . After many calls from VRBO to the host they said they would send me check in information but could not contact me “because they were too busy “ During our stay on Tuesday I contacted the email for my host who was listed as “Ben and Anna “ to inform them the back door to the condo would not lock, they said someone would contact me to fix . Well now let’s take us to 1 AM the next day (after I emailed again at 8:02 PM saying it still wasn’t fixed ) a whole sleeping house of children and adults I get a Atlantic City phone number call my phone and wake me at 1 Am with a man on the other end asking about my door that doesn’t lock at the address I’m staying out , (how scary ) I asked who he was and he said “Fage” your host . I explained to him that he was not the host of the house that I booked on my reservation and assured him my door is fine ( who wouldn’t tell the stranger who called them at 1 am that their door is broken ) can you imagine the panic in our house now , a stranger knows where we are and that our doors don’t lock at 1 am. I frantically call VRBO , house does not legally or comfortably sleep 12 only 8 , broken umbrella not fixed so couldn’t use deck n get shade , the list goes on but vrbo only allows

The place is absolutely stunning! The view of the beach and ocean was perfect with our morning coffee! Very clean and perfect for our group of 8! The only thing that was a negative is the listing states it has 2 bathrooms, when in reality it is 1½ bath. Other than the long wait for bath time, a lot of memories were made, we def will return again!

We would stay here again. A very nice property. One thing to know is that there is not a bathroom on the ground floor for the only other queen size bedrooom. The starircase is a very narrow steep spiral from the lower floor to main floor. We had to go outside and up the outdoor steps to get up to use the bathroom. Nocturnal bathroom trips were a hassle. Overall a very nice place to enjoy the beach.

Very clean and updated beach house that is a block away from the Atlantic City beach.

Recent short stay via VRBO in this lovely beach block house with parking, patio, deck and friendly neighbors. Outstanding linens and mattresses. Sparkly clean . Welcoming and tranquil spaces . Here is where the Sun comes to play with the dolphins .
