By far the greatest selling point of this property is it's location. On the beach, in a quite place, but a nice 30 minute walk on the boardwalk from the busy area. The garden is specious and fun to sit and relax in the evening (unlike many other houses in the area where people are cramped like sardines). The house is specious and overall comfortable. We managed to park 2 vans with no problem (the garage can hold 2 cars, and also there is no problem parking outside. The neighborhood is quit and feels safe. They also provided a Kayak for our usage.

The pros outweigh the cons, but nonetheless these are the "grains of salt": Entrance - we managed to get in from the garage, but the code panel was acting finicky at times. We couldn't open the front gate. The A/C was not trivial (the "room" with the bunk beds could not be ACed when the doors are closed). The house is old and need refreshing. The wooden doors and windows are not easily operable.
