L'emplacement est très bien. La vue sur la montagne est très chouette aussi. La copropriété est très bien faite et agréable à vivre. Je suis globalement très satisfait de mon séjour à Grand Roc. J'y reviendrai.
Une chose, de taille, est cependant à mentionner: les clous de la terrasse ressortent beaucoup des lattes de bois. Avec des enfants en bas âge, cela n'est pas sérieux. Un bon coup de marteau serait le bienvenu car les petites blessures pourraient vite arriver.

The proximity the Montet Telecabine was priceless. less than 4 min walk, with a great bakery near by and a mediocre but still a grocery store nonetheless within 5 min walk.
the kitchen was superbly equipped.
There was a nice bottle of wine upon arrival to great us.
The linen and bed sheets where of good quality and more than adequate.
There was no sitting area for the number of beds. There was a dbl bed and 2 sets of bunk beds but just a single couch for two. luckily we were a couple with 2 kids so we all managed and shared the couch.
All the beds were on the 2nd floor along with the shower and sink but the toilet was on the lower level making it inconvenient for late night reliefs.
The elevator was very slow and very small, we ended up using the stairs most of the time.
The beds are short so if you are 6'-2" (188cm) or more you cannot sleep fully extended.
The Staff response time was very slow: we received a reply to our inquiry after we arrived back to Canada.
