Excellent location and friendly host! Would love to stay here again!
Nothing.

The location was excellent - 5 minutes from the centre of Cambridge - shops, restaurants and pubs.
The property was quiet at night
Responsive host who sorted out the internet when it stopped working
Comfortable beds and good quality bed linen
Clean
We didn't cook there but there seemed to be decent facilities for cooking
1) There's no parking unless you have a resident's permit so you have to park in a car park nearby. Nearly all central Cambridge residential streets require permits for parking so this is a big downside unless you've come in by train or bus.
2) During the day and early evening it was quite noisy, with traffic and tenants overhead and next door. Quiet during the evening though.
3) The internet is shared with other tenants so it was not reliable - not great when you have to work remotely
4) The bathroom/shower was tiny - you'd not want to be a big person !?
5) Four people could stay here and it would be cosy - better for two people
