Location, comfortable beds, allows pets. Porches were great. Fenced in yard for pets. Upgraded kitchen. Easy to contact Rental agency.
The toilet was VERY short. In addition there was a soft spot in the floor around the toilet. Needs to be fixed before floor gives way. Several boards were no longer in place on house, fence, porch - this shows lack of basic upkeep of the property. The gate to enter the property needs to be lifted off the ground to open and close it - another sign of poor maintenance. Extended step to enter front door on property can be a problem.
