Popular spots include Pleasant Harbor RV resort in Peoria , Pioneer RV park in Anthem, Ben Avery Shooting facility in Phoenix, Wickenburg AZ, Black Canyon City, and Phoenix Raceway. Renters will need to reserve a spot a the resort with your dates. Spot can be full hook up or partial-dry camping with water and power. Currently not available for full dry camping/ boondocking or traveling. No exceptions, sorry! $150 prep fee includes delivery, set up and cleaning. ONE FEE covers it all. This trailer is designed for year round living! Its interior is a unique design that does not skimp on space. RV is in immaculate conditions and is ready to host your next family get away. Ceiling fan and AC Unit in cabin area. **Kitchen includes duel sinks, full size refrigerator, large pantry, gas cooktop, oven, and full size microwave. ** Garage is separate from the main cabin and has a door that separates the two spaces. Garage includes two sitting couches with at table. Couches covert to beds to make 2 full size bunks. Storage closet and flat screen TV. *** Party deck off the side of the coach on the passenger side, has stairs, all weather door package and non slip coating on the ramp. Can be used for deck or ramp whichever suits your needs.
