The place a beautiful and very clean. Purpose of the trip was to visit my daughter at CMU. This home had everything you could possibly need.

However, my nephew , his wife and my sister commented your place is beautiful and they fully enjoy the stay. Should I return to the area for a family gathering? I would definitely rent your place again.

House was very clean, updated and comfortable. Close to some great golf courses and walking distance to downtown Mt. Pleasant. Safe community.

I highly recommend this rental. The home is very clean and spacious. The host is very friendly and helpful. The host notified me about a speaker we had left at the rental, and he mailed it to us.

We needed a place to stay while our grandson was participating in the summer special Olympics at CMU. We searched vrbo and this house came up first on the list. The pictures and reviews were right on. Everything from the host to the house to the ease of getting around town was a great experience. We hope this place is always available anytime we come to town we would love to stay here every time. Thank you!

We visisted the Guest house for the weekend while we looked for an apartment for my son and his Girlfriend.
The guest house was very clean and easy to access! Had to contact Ryan about the ice maker not working. He responded very quickly and he brought over a bag of ice for us to use! Ryan is very kind and helpful! We visited a few local restaurants all had great service and food and also hit up a park and went for a hike! Lots of things to do within a few mins of the guest house!
We look forward to visiting again the end of July as we move our kids into their apartment that is located only a few mins from the guest house! Thank you for allowing us to stay and welcoming us back in July!

We came to town to catch a lacrosse game celebrate Easter with our CMU student athlete - and this was the perfect house in the perfect location!
We had our other child and her fiancé with us as well. This house is spacious and conveniently located between campus, downtown, and shopping.
The house is beautifully decorated and updated with plenty of amenities to make your stay an easy one. The welcome basket of treats was a big hit!! 😁
Ryan (the owner) was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions!
I look forward to staying here again!

It was just excellent!!! The property was ideal and the owner looked after all the details and more. I would give this property a 10 out of 10. Beds were comfortable all kitchen and bathroom amenities were all included.
