This house is an absolute treasure. Perfectly located a short walk from the beach, but with water front access. The house is laid out wonderfully, and has great amenities. The hosts are quick to respond with questions. We found so many shark teeth, beautiful shells and sea biscuits during our trip. We would absolutely stay here again.

My family had a wonderful time! The boys loved fishing and crabbing from the dock. Clean and well stocked. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. The Smith Family

I wanted to share our experience from our recent stay—it truly made for a wonderful family getaway. The rental is in an ideal location, offering canal access right from the dock and beach access just a short walk away. The owners were excellent with communication and made sure we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our time. The home itself was nicely decorated and very spacious—perfect for families. There was plenty of room for everyone to spend time together or find a quiet space to relax. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare and enjoy family meals. While the property does have a bit of age and charm, which we appreciated, the coastal environment has understandably taken a toll in some areas. The back porch and deck could use a little TLC, though it looked like improvements were already underway—the front steps appeared newly redone. One small recommendation would be to add outdoor furniture for the upper back deck. There were plastic Adirondack chairs available around the fire pit, Overall, we had a fantastic week—especially spending evenings watching the sun set from the dock.

House is as advertised. Close to fishing pier and public beach access which was nice for me and my boys. Game room was a hit and my youngest son and I played many games of pool. We cooked some meals and found the grill and kitchen adequate for our needs. Wife loved the firm bed. I enjoyed the water pressure and hot water which lasted a good while. Deck, Dock and Outside furniture showing some signs of wear and could use some maintenance and repairs but nothing outside of normal for the beach climate and the salty air. We would choose it again!
