Location was excellent once we found the short cut from the station, it really was only a 7 minute walk as host said and very near to city centre and buses. The flat offered extremely good facilities for such a cheap price including microwave, everything in kitchen for cooking, washing machine etc.

Only real negative was bedding, not very appealing to look at, sheets were actually empty duvet covers and old blankets should be replaced with duvets. Really stained pillow was an issue too. Also, just minor issues, steps down to kitchen and bathroom would be very unsuitable for a disabled person as they are steep.

The Location, especially if you don't like to use Taxi or Bus. Whatever you need is within 5' walking (Including the Train Station). Around 15' walking to the City center.

In general the room is just for one person either for a couple dont mind tight space.

Convenience and pleasant landlord.

Possibly the lowest bathroom doorway in all of England . It’s an OHS issue to travellers used to standard doors on stairs. I banged my head and have sustained chronic head and neck pain since. Negotiating the door and stairs is awkward. It is a three level ground floor flat . Of course, there’s a notice but to a traveller in the night it’s an accident waiting to happen.
