I lived in the campus longer than I planned (69 days) and I wanna to say a big THANK YOU to manager Carmina and her team at reception: Cristina, Valeria, Paolo and others. They are flexible, friendly and open and always helped me quickly with any question I needed. Besides, reception is 24\7 and it is very convenient. In general Campus is a nice and quiet place to stay in Valencia both for a short and long staying. Bike parking is on the ground floor, laundry facilities, a higly light and comfortable room + a great location close to the center (15 min by bus) and close to the sea (15 min by bus as well). Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets are nearby and large and beautiful park Turia is also close in walking distance. Besides, bus station and train station is also easy to reach by bus (20min) + airport (10-15min by taxi). As I travel much from Valencia to another cities, the fast transport accessibility was of great importance for me. The studio is quite enough for 1person living and there is a comfortable kitchen inside with all the necessary facilities. Good heating in the studio from the air conditioner, comfortable bed and desk, rapid wi-fi and what I like the most is 24\7 access to gym....Oh, how I enjoyed training early on the morning before work..... It is really necessary during a long travelling and you dont want to miss your training schedule.

It is not a complaint but just a friendly advice: cleaning may be done on a weekly basis or leave all necessary cleaning supplies in the room so that students can clean themselves when they need. The rest was brilliant!!! Thank you!!!

Sehr gute Lage, perfekt für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen! Es gibt mehrere Buslinien, die ohne Umsteigen in die Stadt und ans Meer fahren. Die Haltestellen sind maximal 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Supermarkt und Frühstückscafé in direkter Nachbarschaft. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber fein und sehr modern. Es gibt keinen Fernseher, dafür aber - dicker Pluspunkt im Hochsommer - eine Klimaanlage! Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde wiederkommen!

Der Boden im Zimmer hat schon länger kein Wasser mehr gesehen. Es war ziemlich schmutzig.

Property manager could improve her communication & customer service skills. She treated me in a disrespectful manner when I had any feedback. She justified loud noise, untidy areas or any other thing by saying “this is a student residence”.
