Cute little boutique property really close to the heart of everything we wanted to do in Lima

The only negative is that you need to carry bags upstairs - although the staff do that for you if you ask so not a biggy

Nice big room with balcony. Good hot water in shower. Nice choice of food for breakfast. Friendly staff.

Not too many restaurants around - maybe we walked in the wrong direction

The hotel is ok , to start with the good- the breakfast was good at the hotel, the boxed one as well had to leave early was not so good, basically one banana and cookies and boiled eggs. the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful unfortunately not all are bilingual so communication was difficult. The not so good .. the hotel is not as pretty as the online pictures. It’s dated and needs repairs..the tv would not work, there were three electrical outlets in the room, one is behind the bed blocked by the bed headboard snug to the wall, of the other two , one was loose ! No elevator so a third floor climbing the narrow staircase is uncomfortable and dangerous. The decorations were good, but because the hotel was so tired looking, they did not enhance the look.

It was tired looking, the receptionist could not recommend a decent place to get dinner. She sent us to a road side take out joint, perhaps she did not understand what we wanted . No elevator, room space air conditioning and no TV - could not watch the soccer game on.

Location was good, perfect to go for a morning walk or evening run. There is also a new calisthenics facilities “Parque de la Juventud” within 5 minutes walking. The rooms have goof air-conditioning but no balcony or view.

Everything was just standard. I don’t think it’s good value for money unless you get a discounted rate booking a few days before your stay. It’s a good place for a short stay, solo travelers or for backpacking as the rooms are quite small and you will struggle if have big suitcases. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, and service was a little bit skow as the waitor is just the receptionist. The coffee has way too much milk. You can get a better experience and food somewhere else as there are a few cafes within 15 minutes walking. Note there is no elevator so you need to carry your luggage up either two or three floors.
