Appreciated the very nice mattresses but they were paired with lumpy pillows throughout. Loved the location to the ski resorts. Beautiful views. Kitchen had everything we needed. Although the condo had a tankless water heater we didn’t get a hot shower. The water runs hot and ice cold intermittently during your shower. It never stays one heat as a true tankless water heater does. (We have a proper working one at our house so we know they are to stay at one temperature throughout your shower unless you decide to change the dial. This didn’t happen in this condo. It changed temperatures on its own. Very discouraging and disappointing.) In comparison here were the minor nuisances: many light bulbs are out, both glass door hinges are broken, the house is drafty and cold on main floor, the fireplace needs lit, garage is too small for an SUV XL.

Beautiful setting, private and very peaceful. Beds were very comfortable. Close to the Blue River, the Ponds and the bike trail. SO much to do from this "base camp" in Summit County. The office staff were very professional and helpful anytime I call them. We will rent again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room for the five of us and our dog. The kitchen had all the essentials and the beds were very comfortable. The skiers loved the hot tub after skiing at the nearby resorts. The neighborhood was great for walking our dog along the blue river trails.

This is our 11th annual ski trip to Colorado with our kids. We loved this property because it had all the amenities we were looking for, including being pet friendly. It's a short distance away (18 min) from Keystone Resort and about (40 min) away from Vail. This property is exceptionally clean and well stocked with blankets, sheets and pillows, as well as kitchen items. I would highly recommend this property to everyone who enjoys skiing and spending time with family and friends in a very cozy place. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

We had a great time in this property while visiting Colorado for our family ski vacation. Great location! The home is beautiful and spacious. I would definitely book this property again if I'm visiting this area of Colorado. Highly recommend!

Hello, this property was so beautiful, the unit is exactly as it's pictured , very clean., roomy, nicely decorated. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with it's own full bathroom. Bed was super comfy. The property seems very upscale, nice stone exteriors, the townhomes are not too close together, quiet, plenty of parking, nice walking trails, the view from the living room and master bedroom with the lake are so beautiful. The area is close to restaurants , all ski areas , shopping but far enough north of the highway and town that it was super quiet. We loved it and will definately go back. . Also, this management company was great, very responsive and customer service oriented.

We had such a great time at this very comfortable property. The view was great, so very quiet and just a perfect place to unwind for a few days. We will return for sure to enjoy it along with some skiing and future summer fun. The bed was so comfortable we are trying to find out the details so we can purchase for our home. The management company was fantastic helping us figure out the television operation and made check out very simple. Thank you

We had a wonderful family of 5 stay at Ponds on the Blue River. The very clean house with 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths was plenty of space for our family and visiting friends. The kitchen was stocked well and was roomy so more than one cook could be in the kitchen at a time. The bedrooms were also roomy and the beds were comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and we used the grill, hot tub, and kayak while we were there!! Sky Run was great to work with, the hot tub needed some shock and there was someone adding shock within the hour....great service! We have been coming to the area for 10 years and this condo has fallen into the 1st place slot!! We will be renting Ponds Blue River again on our return!!

This is probably our favorite place we have ever stayed. The condo was simply wonderful! Everything was so beautiful!! Extremely clean and so comfortable!!! We didnt want to leave.
