A beautiful oasis in the middle of the Medina with kind and competent cleaning and cooking staff. The pool was very nice and a good temperature for kids, and breakfast was delicious.
Don’t book a driver through them. Two out of three times the driver never showed up and we had such a stressful trip to the airport. Also, the water in the shower and bath was cold more days than warm. And water for drinking was expensive. The hammam and spa was impossible to book, but they still had a lot of visitors come and look around, so you felt a bit like a showpony in the common areas. And it is very difficult with a stroller.

The roof terrace is very nice, as is the reception area with a fountain in the middle. The staff member who looked after us, Dave, was friendly and helpful but could not help us tackle the problem we had, which was the room.
Our room was small, dark, and felt very low-grade. I think if you book this place, you should only book a suite because we had a window that looked out on a wall and facilities which were very basic and did not appear like the pictures on booking.com. I also did not understand why the roof terrace and pool only opened at 11 am, as I like to swim in the morning before breakfast. It was open until 11 pm, which appeared to be a waste because no one was in it after about 8 at night.

"Riad delizioso, molto bello nel complesso, la piscina riscaldata anche se un po’ piccola è molto bella, tenuta bene e pulita, lo staff è veramente gentile e disponibile, un grazie speciale va a Mohame..."
