The breakfast had a great selection of fruit , pastries and hot selection of tasty choices catered for all, a choice freshly squeezed juices , watermelon was absolutely divine my sister loved passion fruit juice which was the other option. We also experienced tasty omelette done in front you with choices of fillings. The caffe latte was lovely tea lovers like my sister had Chai Masala which she had it every day. All the staff were welcoming and happy to assist, from Manager , the guest service Joanes , Jacinta & Georgina were hands on in checking on your well being on a daily basis. Chef Blanks , Sammy & Thomas cooked a few amazing local meals which were very tasty. Thanks to all the cooks, waiters & waitresses ,bar staff housekeepers were efficient Overall beautiful setting few minutes away from beach and security was good as your able to enjoy sun bath in without harassments from beach vendors. I highly recommend it if you want quite relaxing time and surrounded with everything you need. Big thanks to the Gardners on a daily basis make the grounds clean & beautiful.

They did not give you whole wheat or grainery bread, they only did white bread

I got food poisoning, unsure if it was from the hotel or just a bad reaction to seafood. The fruits served during breakfast were not fresh.

I was billed twice and Booking.com is not recognizing my problem. I booked online but was not credited at the resort upon checkout. I had to pay once again and now American Express is charging me for my initial Booking.com reservation.

the beach was white sands and the sea was blue. idyllic totally. jacinta and joanes the staff were awesome. loved it.

The location was excellent, a beautiful view of the ocean from the dining area, bar, and swimming pool. Most of all, we liked the head of housekeeping (Jonas, perhaps spelled differently?). He made sure our stay was excellent, and was very worried and empathetic when one of us got food poisoning. He made our stay great!

One of our three rooms was unavailable when we arrived, because a recurring guest felt sick and they let him/her stay another night. Not a very pleasant surprise after you’ve had a very long trip to the hotel. The hotel booked a room at another property for 2 of our group of 6. They made those two wait for quite a while before they dropped them off though.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you like exploring restaurants, snorkelling, kayaking, deep sea fishing and kitesurfing. The staff are super friendly and very helpful.

The food was below standard. The staff moved the breakfast area to different locations several times. Day one's breakfast was mediocre and gained momentum in items served as the days passed and more guests arrived, but were still below hotel standard, and the flies are dining with you. Dinner items were disappointing. We ended up skipping breakfast at the hotel and ate all our meals at nearby lodges, hotels and restaurants. The bathroom was dirty, taps clogged with salt stains, rust marks in the bath and the shower pressure did not work properly. Half of the rooms were being renovated (the renovation should have happend during Covid - not now). The hotel is in departe need of a make over and must be made smaller to accommodate smaller groups.

The hotel’s location is great, directly connected with the beach where we could always get a sunbed. Rooms very very clean, beds comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom could be slightly renewed.

breakfast is complimentary, 2 minutes walk to the ocean, rooms are very quiet, with monkeys around the tree. CANDICE IS A REALLY NICE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION, Surely I will5 come next time.

cartering / restaurant serving is somehow a little bit slow. need to optimize the hotel don't have a massage or SPA, wish to enjoy SPA next time.
