Very convenient location to both bus and train stations, also a short walk to the old town and surrounding shops. Overall it was a wonderful stay in Annecy, which is such a beautiful place
There wasn't really anything we had negative views on.

Great location, modern and bedrooms were all of a similar size. Shutters on the windows meant the rooms were really dark at night which is great. Aircon and a balcony are a massive plus too. Owners/concierge was super friendly and very quick to respond, also gave great instructions about how to get in.
There is a fair bit of road noise in the bedroom at the front but not much anyone do about that.
