The front desk lady was nice. Complimentary breakfast was good 2 out of the 3 days. Pet friendly. Location was good, close to freeways.

Our room smelled like urine. The bathroom felt claustrophobic. One of the beds had a huge dip with no support causing us back pain. One of the housekeeping employees was watching TV on her phone while we were in our way to have breakfast and she had to move her cart so we could pass and she copped a big attitude and then gave us dirty looks. It was really uncomfortable. Especially given the fact that she was watching shows on her phone and not actually doing her job.

Rooms were very clean, but not necessarily updated. Are was quieter than I expected as well so that was a plus. The young lady who was handling the breakfast service was AMAZING! She was moving back and forth non-stop handling all the necessities that go into keeping the area clean, full and moving along!

Perhaps updating showers would be nice at some point.

The Air Conditioning system was not working well, it looked like it had never been cleaned and did not work very well because of it. Nit exactly great for summer time.

The carpet was damp and filthy. The room smelled of must and smoke. The TV was broken. And the elevator wasn’t working.

God location is about all this place has going for it

Filthy, dirty!!! Uncomfortable Our feet were black from the carpet….washed them and dried them, then after walking on the carpet, they were black again. So gross!!! The bedsheets were so thin and the bedding was scratchy, lumpy uncomfortable pillows and no blanket. The bathroom was disgusting too.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfy.breakfast was great each morning.. location was perfect. Will stay again.

Hvac went out in one room night 1 was hot. The rooms smelled like mildew. Walking barefoot in the room made our feet dirty. Pool needs filter cleaned or replaced, pump needs to be run more often at least 16 hours a day. Chlorine seemed ok but should be checked twice daily. There is grease on the edges and bottom. I am in property management so I know what this means and how to properly do.

The carpet was sticky when you walk with bare feet,my room smell like meldew,bathroom small.

AC/heat worked great. Room was clean. Location was excellent. Wonderful desk chair. Lamps were in good shape. Breakfast room was a plus. WiFi worked well.

There was a tacky aspect to the room. Bathroom door scratched/needed attention. Wood furniture was scratched, in poor shape, but drawers were clean. Edges of carpet were unravelling. It was like the room had not been fully redone. Wallpaper in bathroom had been cut into...like someone took a knife to it.

Both of our rooms were quite horrible. Dark, damp and with a stench of a musty odor. I'm not an expert on odora but according to my wife it smelled like dog urine. During a shower a faucet on the bathtub just fell off the wall. The breakfast area is undersized for the amount of people, leading to long queues and general chaos. Overall the property (or at least our rooms) is really run-down and in desperate need of an update. Thie current level of the inn is absolutely not worth the price. We spent one night at motel 6 nearby, and that was way better value than this.

The free weekend breakfast was nice. Saved me some money by eating a meal for free. And the quality was pretty good for a free breakfast.

The mold in the bath tub and the damp carpets in the room. Why were they damp? Recently washed? Pet urine? I'm not sure. It was just discomforting.

The good: It was overall a good trip. The breakfast was way more than expected. I really liked it and the staff was extremely friendly. The heated pool and jacuzzi were perfect. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, and places to see.

The not so good: The room was OK. Not the most comfortable bed but it is good for the money we spend. The fitness room is outdated. Don't expect much of a workout. The really bad, and this was out of the hands of the property, but they handled it the best they could. Unfortunately, there were some guests who felt entitled and didn't care about other people. One of the guests took a dump in the swimming pool, and they closed it for a day and a half. Of course, to clean it up. We booked this hotel for that reason. Please be more considerate to other guests who want to enjoy their vacation as well.
