The room is very well-equipped, featuring a huge, comfortable bed, excellent AC, and thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water, and toiletries. While it’s a bit far from the city center, about a 20–30 minute bus rid. The bus station is only a 3-minute walk away with frequent connections. Best of all, there’s an amazing free public beach just a 10-minute walk from the property. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the shower head was broken and kept falling off, so it definitely needs to be replaced. We also had a significant issue with mosquitoes upon arrival, there were at least 10 in our room that we had to clear out ourselves. While there was a mosquito repellent device provided in the room, it didn't seem to work at all. I’d strongly suggest installing stronger anti-mosquito devices both in the rooms and along the corridors, as they seem to gather right outside the doors.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The location was excellent: just a 10-minute walk to Lido San Francesco beach and about 5 minutes to the bus station. The room was clean and well equipped. I stayed in a single room, which was perfectly comfortable for one person. There was a coffee machine with coffee, as well as water, tea, a teapot, and an oven. The host was very supportive, responsive, and happy to help with all my questions and requests. One of the things I appreciated most was the code-based door access, no keys to carry around, which was very convenient. The area is also well connected. The buses worked reliably, with the last bus from Bari Vecchia at around 23:00 on weekdays and 22:00 on weekends. Uber also worked well, so if you need an airport transfer at night, booking an Uber in advance is a convenient and reassuring option. There are several pizzerias and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, including a restaurant with a beautiful sea view. There is also a gelateria nearby with delicious ice cream. Lidl supermarket is about an 8-minute walk away. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially if you want easy access to the beach, public transport, and the city.

I would have appreciated having the room cleaned automatically, for example once every three days, without having to request it. Also, the walls are not very soundproof, so some noise from the neighboring rooms can be heard. If you are sensitive to noise while sleeping, I would recommend bringing earplugs.

Inizialmente mi hanno dato la stanza singola: rumore condizionatore continuo dovuto all'accensione dello stesso nelle altre stanze, rumore continuo di sottofondo da apparecchio collocato nell'androne lato letto, rumori da condominio. Con la doppia tutto bene, ma solo le ultime due notti su sette
