We had a great time at Tami and Brian’s house. The house is beautiful, and they have paid attention to every detail so the guests have everything needed for a wonderful stay. Both the inside and outside are meticulous. It was perfect for our family! Thank you so much.!

Beautiful house. Loved the back porch for morning coffee! It is in a great location. Very clean, beds were comfy, and the hosts were wonderful! I would Highly recommend!

Very clean and accommodating. Located in the Franklin area yet with a large enough yard for the kids to have plenty of room of room to play. Brian was excellent in communication and very responsive to the few questions we had.

Beautiful home, great location, super hosts! The screened in porch was the ultimate in relaxation. Only drawback was partly my fault, one of the beds was a bunk bed without adult access. Saw the picture, but based on the description it appeared there was a single bed rather than a bunk bed. Glad we were missing an adult. However, nothing would change how we felt about the home. It was the best we have ever stayed at! Absolutely beautiful home and yard! Thanks Tammi and Brian.

A great house for the 7 of us mid-30 year old somethings to have a extended girls trip. We wanted to avoid the Nashville downtown space and LOVED being so close to Franklin. The house was so clean, had beautiful rooms with very comfy beds and a perfect living room for our wine filled gossip nights. Lovely little welcome basket upon arrival that helped us dying of hunger before our shipt order arrived. Would absolutely recommend. Easy access and communication with the hosts. Thank you.

We had a great time. The property was plenty big enough for 8 people. The games were fun. Had all utensils we needed. It was a good good location to everything. Overall would not only recommend but would stay there again.

The property was fantastic. The house was extremely clean, prepped for a welcoming arrival and completely stocked to meet all of our needs. TVs everywhere, a kitchen perfect for gathering or preparing meals, and a fire pit and games in the expansive yard out back. It was a great location for a long weekend trip to Franklin. The property is located between downtown Franklin and Berry Farms, just minutes from each. We highly recommend this property!
