Other than washer and dryer home has everything you need for a cozy stay.

Location was good, easy access to Casinos in Laughlin and shopping in. Bullhead city . It was nice that they had a Gas Grill and Charcoal grill avaiable, however the propane tank was empty and we had a hard time getting it refilled.
Gas grill could have had a filled propane tank. Bedrooms were not vacuumed, kitchen floor needed to be swept.
Needed more living room seating. Had trouble accessing the host instructions and trying to communicate with Evolve , could not get thru on phone or email.
