The property and location were perfect for 3 generations. Lots of things to do and great restaurants.

We loved staying at Ben's place! The location is great and within walking distance to the boardwalk and plenty of restaurants which is great so you don't have to pay to park places. The place is very clean and well appointed. Lots of spaces which is great. Our favorite part is the deck. There's plenty of space to sit and enjoy your coffee as the sun comes up in the morning or to sip a glass of wine in the evening and talk with your friends or family. Highly recommend and we will be back in the future.

This unit was absolutely beautiful, with a very calming aesthetic and not over the top with beachy decor. It was just the right size for three adults and a kid, and probably could accommodate an extra adult and extra child 🙂
I messaged the property owner a couple of times with questions, and they were very quick to respond and extremely helpful.
I'd like to stay here again next time I'm in Carolina Beach!

Kitchen utensils need updating (can opener hardly works, no hot pads); Bath Towels are very low quality. Had a broken bed for 4 nights.
Location to beach and boardwalk and fireworks was excellent

Everything was better than expected, and our expectations were high! Truly a home away from home experience. So many places are within walking distance which made things even easier.

Although the location was good and accessible to most everything, the cleanliness of the condo wasn’t great. There was quite a bit of dirt on the floor upon arrival and a few items were broken in the unit. One item was the broom that was completely broken.
I alerted the owner of the needs of the unit and was compensated with a gift card to a local restaurant which was nice of them. We did enjoy the stay and had plenty of room so that was a plus. I was a little disappointed that only the living area and one of the guest bedrooms were the only TV areas. For the price of the unit I do feel that there could be some improvements made or that the owners get a new cleaning team to alert them of broken items and do better at the sanitation of the condo.

Everything was clean and great. Walking right out to the beach and the restaurants and boardwalk. The only thing was the AC temp, our family likes to normally keep it at 72 and it was programmed to 68. Other than that, the owner answered messages pretty quickly and was very helpful. Great experience.

From beginning to end, EVERYTHING was spectacular!! Ben is an AMAZING host, and their place is stunning in every aspect (view and location); we were able to walk to the local eating places and enjoy the beautiful view from the boardwalk!!! I’ll definitely rent again

We really enjoyed our stay! There were plenty of linens and having a washer & dryer was great! The condo was stocked well with everything we needed and labels on doors and drawers helped to easily find everything. The entrance to the beach was a very short distance from the condo, which was awesome! If we get back to Wilmington, we will definitely stay here again.

This place was great! I lived in CB for years and was coming back for a visit, and this was a great location for everything. It was very clean, a good size for the price, clean, quiet building, etc. etc. Loved the front porch with view of the ocean. Would recommend.
