Cleanness
Check-in & Information:
The check-in process was unclear and time-consuming. There was no mention in advance that we needed to check in at a different hotel 1 km away, which caused unnecessary confusion. Clearer details about the exact floor and apartment number within the building would have made the arrival much smoother — instead, we spent over an hour trying to get everything sorted from the moment we arrived.
Maintenance Issue:
Whenever the toilet is flushed, an unpleasant odour comes back up through the shower waste in the bathroom. This is something that should be addressed promptly to ensure a comfortable stay for future guests.
Overall:
With clearer check-in instructions and quick attention to the bathroom odour issue, this property could provide a much better guest experience. I hope the owner resolves these points quickly for the benefit of upcoming clients.
