Well this was not a plan booking .I had to get a place quickly. But it was nice staying there. Was just busy and people making noise morning hours.
And the loadshedding doesn't make it nice also. But it was ok. Thank you

On the confirmation it mentioned breakfast included. Yet in the morning after standing in the Q with the other occupants we were humiliated by staff informing us that we do not get a breakfast as we apparently booked after they have changed there "quota". Instead of offering us breakfast there were words and we were shown away...not good

The staff was friendly and nice. Walking distance from main attractions.
The room itself is run-down, tiles are broken, shower door is terrible. Over-all cleanliness of the place needs A lot of work!
The "free" breakfast was very limited, we ended up not having breakfast because of this. The room is way over priced and I would rather spend R100 more to stay in the hotels up the street next time.

I did not like how they managed a minor situation and made a mountain of it.
Service from the manager, the staff was great and they tried their best to assist us in resolving our issue. But the manager, no.

The bedding was not changed. Asked the housekeeper and she said they don’t change blankets because it’s winter.
No parking. Bad service. Housekeeping is the worst

It was so clean nothing to complain about there
Bad customer service-your staff dont smile even if you give them the smile you will regret it. The only person who smile with customers is a lady who has short hair and dimples(sorry I forgot her name.

This location and surroundings did absolutely not meet our expectations. We did not feel safe and did not use the accommodations.

Although very well located, it is not somewhere I would ever recommend staying.
The property is in such a disgusting state that we didn't even end up staying there. VERY dissapointing. I actually won't book through Bookings.com again due to this.

Nothing I was severely disappointed 😡
Photos posted were misleading. The place outside was in a terrible state. The sheets was not clean you could see it was not changed. No hot water. It's not a guest house it's a comune. We were terribly disappointed!! I will never book a place
again through any booking company, you never get what you pay for.

Bathroom, no place to hang towels, or toilet paper, toilet and shower is very uncomfortable, it also seem that they are still busy renovating the bathroom.
