4 families comfortably stayed in this Poconos home. Lots of room. Well equipped kitchen with the basics like salt, garlic, oil, etc. Kcup maker and coffee. All pots, pans, forks, etc. So, bring nothing but food. Bedrooms were all private, 3 separate bathrooms. Hot tub was good for 3 people at a time. Bottom line, it's a good place to stay.

Our family enjoyed our weekend a lot. The property had everything we were excited to experience i.e. the firepit, the hot tub and the kids playground. Unfortunately, it was cold. Nevertheless, we were able to enjoy the hot tub which was nice and kept hot for us. The place felt very homey and the owners greeted us with a nice touch. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, spices, etc. The bedrooms are spacious and can accommodate parents and children in the same room which was great for us. The only thing is that we did not realize that the BBQ was not a propane one. Our cooks were happy they did not have to cook the burgers outside in the cold. I was nervous about the glass kitchen table so I was happy to see the thick fabric covering it. We enjoyed playing Connect. Had it been a little warmer, we would have enjoyed the ping pong table. All in all we had a great stay.

We had an amazing weekend reconnecting with friends. Many hours spent around the dining table having heated discussions about food. There was plenty of space for our group whether we wanted to be together or alone. If you need wood there's a property selling on the way to the dollar general. Wish I'd noticed before going to Weis. But it was a lovely drive. Tons of deer. Friendly guard when going into the community. I loved the master bedroom!

Perfect location - close to Skirmish Paintballing, Big Boulder ski and beautiful lake for the summer time. The house can easily accommodate multiple families and is completely toddler proofed for anyone with little ones. Entire rental process was simple with quick communication with the host. Definitely recommend.

We rented this beautiful property in an effort to do something other than a beach vacation and we loved it! 8 adults with small children and we had plenty of space. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The entire house was stocked with everything you could want - beach towels, linens, towels, complete kitchen, tvs everywhere and outdoor fun. Both porches were awesome and were used for morning coffee, dinner and to play games. Enjoyed the yard for cornhole while the little ones played on the swingset. The yard was a little rough with some rocks but we were ok. Property is within minutes of a very nice lake with beach and community pool. We really enjoyed the lake/beach with slides and swings for kids. Restaurants and stores are about 15-20 minutes away. This is a great place to stay. Safe, gated community with lots of wildlife (Deer mostly but it we saw a Bear! So awesome!) Great back yard space, really enjoyed the fire pit, charcoal grill and hot tub. It's also a very dark area so you can't see lots of stars, we even saw meteors and a couple shooting stars! The house itself was super clean and inviting. The owner even left wine, snacks and stuff for making S'mores! They only issue we felt a need to address with the owner was about cutting the grass, which she took care of the very next day. A+ Non-issues/Quirks we experienced: -There were plenty of full sized bath towels but no hand/face cloths or dish towels/rags. We made a quick dollar tree run, no real problem. -King beds are trundle beds with two twin mattresses instead of king mattresses. Not a real issue for us, but perhaps for someone with back problems. -The garage door opener is tricky. 1 normal push to open but you have to hold the button to close it. That might be worth posting a note above it for future renters. Again, these were non issues for us, not complaining at all, just want to make the owner aware. (I'd want to know if it were one of my properties) We'd definitely stay here again and I'd highly recommend it.

This house is absolutely wonderful. It's even better than the pictures. It's one of the most well-stocked houses we've ever been to, anything you wanted was there. It was clean, spacious and just fantastic for an extended family getaway. Lyidia was so kind and response to our questions and just the perfect host. Hoping to rent again sometime!
