Clean and bright one bedroom appartment with a sunny balcony overlooking Route 1A1 and the Intracoastal.The appartment could benefit of Bathroom/Kitchen renovation. Overall the appt. served our needs with everything functioning in good order.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Tides. We love the area an the grounds with the pools and proximity of the ocean

This condo was clean but you could tell it was an older building. The pool and beach access was fantastic!!! It felt very safe with locked gates everywhere. The condo had 2 beach chairs, and umbrella and 2 boogie boards for us to use! The location of the condo in the building was great too. It was close to the elevator and trash/laundry room. We did use the laundry and it was clean and easy to use. The grounds were beautifully kept and very clean as well. Only negative was there was not much to eat within walking distance. Check in was a bit confusing but owner did a great job with the directions and responded quickly. There were several extra fees once you arrived (parking pass, access key, and something else). There is a 24hr valet. Overall we had a fantastic experience and would come back.

The property was clean and right on the beach. However check in process is somewhat of a pain and it’s 100 to park 30 for a key fob and 20 refundable parking pass. The unit is bright and clean. But it needs a serious update. Outlets were old and not near the beds to charge your phone. Kitchen stunk like bacon and was showing signs of wear. Shower was old but hot water and good pressure. Pillows kk bedroom completely flat. Also no door mats made a lot of sand stay on the floor
