We stayed for Thunder Beach Bike Week Spring 2026. There is nowhere to park a trailer if you pull your bike. The house was clean, cozy, and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Short walk to beach. The beds were quite firm so that might be an issue if you like a softer mattress. The splash pool was a bit dirty when we arrived however about halfway through our stay a pool guy came by and cleaned it. The backyard/patio area could use some cleaning, lots of debris everywhere. The patio gas grill burners are rusted out and only one side partially works so I would suggest replacing the gas grill. There is a nice Weber charcoal grill so we bought charcoal and used that. Those were just minor things for the property owner to work on. I would also suggest including in your listing the cost for splash pool heat and golf cart fee. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rent again.

It was a very nice stay, perfect for our group. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed to grill and make food. Pool was nice for the kiddos and the short 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect! Had a couple minor issues we needed maintenance for and they were quick to get someone over there. Highly recommend this place!

We loved everything about the house. The location, the golf cart, all the amenities were perfect. We will be booking again in the future.
