We had a good stay but there were several issues which we would not expect in a place that costs this much. Examples: kitchen light switch broken, linens in both washer and dryer when we arrived after scheduled check-in time, towel bar on bathroom door broken, fire pit lighter out of fluid, HVAC schedule set incorrectly so fan would go on all night, TV connectivity to streaming not working. We contacted property manager about most of these issues and they fixed within a reasonable time but it required coordination and impacted our vacation. Owner mentioned that new TVs will be installed - current TVs are small and not good quality.
The location was great - easy walk to downtown Paso and the new Paso Market Walk. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Comfortable beds. Easy checkin with lockbox.
This could be a great place if owner took the time to regularly inspect for needed repairs.

Cute little cottage perfect for 4 people. Close to wineries and downtown shops/restaurants. Loved the fire pit in the backyard. Responsive host.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property is located in quiet, safe neighborhood. Driving to Downtown is about a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive. The outdoor spaces with the firepits are very inviting. The backyard is fully enclosed, so if you bring you dog, there's no worry that they'll escape. We hope to visit again soon!

Great location, walkable to everything in downtown Paso Robles. House was very clean and comfortable with a cute backyard and sitting areas. I would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as advertised with the easiest check-in/out we've had with a VRBO property. Great location close to Paso Robles amenities.

Great place to stay while in Paso. Close to downtown restaurants & shopping. All wineries were within 20 minutes of property.

My friend and I had a wonderful time in this charming downtown Paso Robles cottage. It was clean and had everything and more than you would need. Location was just perfect for easy walking access to downtown shops, restaurants and wine tasting rooms.
