Follow Your Dreams Gili Air

It was sooooo clean and modern, close to everything but quiet

The place is lovely with beautiful rooms with clean and safe outdoor bathroom. Location is very close walking distance to the beach. Staff is super polite and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious also. You can use a lovely pool from another property.

Room, bathroom, breakfast, great service

Friendly people at the reception

I liked the location of this hotel, not too far from the port it will take you no more than 10 mins to walk (please don't use the horses) and in walking distance to both restaurants as well as the beach.

It took a while for someone to check me in (this was confusing as you couldn't tell who/where the staff were supposed to be). I was given a lot of information, which the host was to share with me on WhatsApp as well as take my breakfast orders on. Unfortunately, none of this information was ever shared with me and I was never given any breakfast options either..speaking to those in the next room they had the same experience to myself. After realising this stay was not going to get any better but still wanting to stay and explore Gili Air I decided to stay at another hotel on the island which definitely made up for this experience. I was beyond excited to stay here due to the reviews and unfortunately the service I received did not match.
