This property needs better maintenance. When we arrived, there were guys hanging on the steps. One guy disappeared and the other guy said that he was from Haiti and his family owned the property. Then a lady came out of the same next door property and said that she cleaned the property. She asked us if we were alright getting access to the property. We told her that we were ok. We figured that if the owners were actually next door that it would be advantageous. Who knows if it was true or not? However, we didn't experience any advantages to having them next door. There was loud music and very loud talking almost every night. The bathroom window needs a full privacy cover. The blinds on the back door were broken and had missing slats. I don't feel comfortable with someone being able to look inside. The backyard lawn had high grass, was not mowed before we arrived and was not mowed by the time we left. What's the point of having a grill in the yard if we can't use it? The closet door in the main bedroom was broken. We couldn't open or close it completely. There were k cups to use but the Keurig was dirty. There was no can opener in the kitchen. It's a basic kitchen tool. I sent a request to the property manager and NEVER heard back. Money wasted because we couldn't take canned goods back with us. This property served its purpose as a home base for our travels in Florida.

My good friend and I needed an affordable place to stay that would be close to Hard Rock stadium. Our game did not have a definite time and date until the last minute, so this was a perfect solution. We each wanted our own bed and a kitchen to save on expenses. The individual who was doing the cleaning was simply delightful. Our only recommendations are very simple. A floor lamp or table lamp for the living room and hand towels and wash cloths for the bathroom. Otherwise we loved our stay! And would do it again if the opportunity presents itself.

Very clean. Great location in a safe neighborhood. We had an issue with the lock pad the second night but the property manager came out and unlocked it. He was very pleasant. We would stay here again.

This property was just right for my siblings and me to visit family in Miami Shores. It was clean and nicely furnished. We had a few mild concerns about security - there is no frost or blind/curtain on the bathroom window, and the doors open out with no additional deadbolts or chains. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
