Very clean, good location, trams and buses are just downstairs.
Parking is quite expensive, 26€ for one night in garage. Rooms doesn't have balconies.

We loved the kindness of the staff the most! They made us feel special :-). The second day of our stay was my daughter’s birthday and they suprised her with sweets and a card at breakfast :-). The location is great for us, and the hotel is just so beautiful and clean!!! We also liked the breakfast.

Location was okay, hotel was okay. Good, not great.
Sassy Reception staff. Arriving after midnight thanks to delayed flight, the last thing I’m interested in is a camp and sassy member of staff that thinks he can speak to me like I’m his friend.
