Small distance from the Airport is a bonus point. Payment option on arrival is also good about this property. Staff was friendly
Had to wake up the staff remember to serve breakfast in the morning before leaving for the airport 😕

Asalaamualaikum I felt comfortable and safe. Staff was very friendly. Also the owner was friendly as well as very helpful. Food was also good home-cooked meals. Thank you very much I will see you soon

Staff especially Sohail and Amir are very courteous, very clean facility. We enjoyed our one night stay. They even provided early breakfast b/c we had to catch early flight. It’s very close to the airport.
Their towels are very ragged. They needs to buy new towels.

the staff was very helpful and helpful. it is very close to the airport so for anyone needing to catch a flight should definitely consider it. Price was extremely good for the type of place it was.
It is in a new developing city so not much to do around it but the staff help with arranging taxis and ordering food from various restaurants.

Drinking water was not available in the room we had to ask the staff.
The tissue roll in the bathroom was used.

Everything specially location is so convenient and spacious. Near to Airport and a good facility for airport users and travellers.

Nice big rooms. Everything was nice and clean. Very quiet location, which is only 10-12mins drive to the airport. Staff were friendly and were up at 5.30am to ensure we got breakfast before we checked out at 6am.

Building is brand new with clean washrooms. Gayser was not available. Location for taxi availability is bit poor.

A great place for transitting passengers and travellers. Mubashir was our host and he made sure that even at 5 am when we were checking in we were provided with all that we wanted. There was heating in the room, warm water extra bedding. I would have liked the bedding to be more cleaner but honestly speaking there wasn't much I could ask at that hour. Mobile signals in the area are weak, although the Guesthouse provides wifi service, things are tough during power load shedding.
The bedsheets and the pillow cover could have been cleaner.

Family was travelling and we wanted to stay near the airport, if you are planning to take late night or early morning flight, this place is the best. Perfect location near to the airport, with no traffic and reachable within 10-15mins max.

Really nice, big and clean rooms and friendly staff.
Location in the middle of a part of the city which is still under construction. No restaurant options only food which the staff orders for you by phone is available. Security entry control to this city part was quite strict and we had to wait for >30min to get there. Only option to get to airport is taxi for approx. 1500 which is similar price when you take a taxi from the city center.

I stayed there as it is close to Myanmar Embassy.
No signpost of the hotel. Find in the address of the hotel . Old building with old structures. Room closed to reception is noisy the whole night . Loud speaking voices. The most up stair room is noisy with auto water pump. Not worth to pay 30$/Night
