I liked the hospitality of the owner , it was very warm welcome which exceeded our expectations.
Wifi could be better, reception was poor in the room.
Hot water in the wash basin was malfunctioning, so we had to use another room which was relatively better however we had to keep the water running for 10 minutes to get hot water

The breakfast frittata's Melinda prepared were fabulous, My husband and I only stayed overnight; but our stay was magnificent. Melinda greeted us at the door, walked us thru the Inn and showed us to our beautiful room. She was a fabulous host.

We were hosted for three nights and each breakfast the following morning were a true reflection of Melinda’s Texan history. Delicious, farm fresh, and plentiful. The conversation with Melinda and fellow quests flowed easily.
We were totally satisfied, nothing could have been better but the weather. If it had not rained we could have enjoyed walking the property, next time we visit that is on our to do list!
